Nada-Nadja-Karadzic, is a Bachelor of Music Education. She started her teaching internship at the Dara Čokorilo Elementary Music School in Niksic. During that period she won high prizes with competitions in ex Yugoslavia with the school choir. Afterwards she worked as a professor of Music Culture at the Elementary School "Orjenski bataljon" in Bijela. As one of the contributors to the development of the textbooks for Music Culture of the nine-year elementary school, 2006/7, she composed several children's compositions. She was one of the originators of the children's festival "Male skale" in Bijela (2004) with the song "Za mog oca" she won the first prize for the best children's composition. From 2011 to 2019, she was the director of the JU School of Elementary Music Education in Herceg Novi. In cooperation with the Cetinje Academy of Music, in 2016, she launched the International SolFest Festival of Solofest At the International Education Fair "Putokazi" in Novi Sad in 2018, she was awarded the Grand Gold Medal for the quality of work of the institution as the head of the school. 2013. started the Jazz Bay International Jazz Festival, with the participation of well-known European and world jazz musicians. 2015, in cooperation with Marita Topic, launched the Herceg Novi International Choir Festival, which is becoming recognizable from year to year out of the European borders as well.
Artistic directorJelena Cvetković Crvenica
PhD Jelena Cvetkovic Crvenica graduated from the Faculty of Music, University of Arts in Belgrade. With the Zvezdice City Children's Choir from Leskovac, whose founder and artistic director, she has received numerous awards and recognitions. She is the author of numerous concerts under the auspices of the RS Ministry of Culture. She has released three compact discs. In addition to artistic engagement, she is active professionally and socially. She is the author and co-author of numerous articles, participant in scientific meetings in Serbia, Republic of Srpska, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, Slovenia, Montenegro. She has published a monograph and textbook published by the Faculty of Arts in Niš and the SANU Center. She is the author and moderator of the accredited seminar of the ZUOV for the professional development of RS teachers. She is a reviewer of proceedings, textbooks, manuals, scientific papers in national and international journals and proceedings. She has received two October awards from the City of Leskovac for outstanding contribution in the field of culture and the Svetosavska City Charter for outstanding contribution to the field of culture.
